About InstaCruit
Every applicant deserves a real conversation.
Most never get one.
When two hundred people apply for a role, maybe forty get a phone screen. The other one hundred and sixty get a template rejection, or silence. Not because they weren't good, but because screening doesn't scale. We built InstaCruit to change that math.
Built from inside the industry
InstaCruit was founded by a software engineer who spent eight years building HRIS and ATS platforms, the systems recruiters live in every day. Eight years of watching the same bottleneck: powerful software for tracking candidates, and almost nothing to genuinely hear them.
The screening call never got automated. It only got replaced with worse proxies: keyword filters that reject great people for phrasing, one-way video tools that feel like talking to a wall, and CV scores that never asked a follow-up question.
Modern voice AI changed what is possible. InstaCruit runs live, voice-to-voice screening conversations. It asks your questions, listens to the answers, and digs deeper in real time, the way a good interviewer would, and then hands the whole thing to you to judge. Every applicant gets heard. Every recruiter gets their week back, and every decision stays theirs.
What we believe
Conversations beat forms
A real screening adapts to the person answering. If it cannot ask a follow-up, it is a questionnaire, not a conversation.
AI screens, humans decide
InstaCruit ranks and summarizes. It never rejects anyone on its own. Hiring decisions belong to people, with better information.
Candidates opt in, always
Recording consent up front, transcripts of everything, and data used only for the hiring process. Trust is a feature.
Keep your stack
We plug into the ATS you already use. We are the screening layer, not another migration project.
